Spirited ways is an empowered whole nature way of being. Guided by compassion and peace in finding balance in all aspects of our lives.

This holistic approach provides a healthy relationship with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being, assisting in navigating through the external day to day.

Through simple, continual techniques, learning to slow down, focus, and relax, we have the ability to heighten our natural intuitive senses, invoke natural healing, ability to experience in clarity, hear and see truths, and open ourselves to the wisdom of something bigger then ourselves.

As a practitioner of the way, at an early age, Brandan began developing his own personal practice. As a lover of nature and self inquiry, he finds a deep connection to all things. 

 

Attracted to principles of many foreign philosophies and holistic wellness systems, in his youth he began his interest in studies of health and wellness, in tandem with experiencing nature and learning about other cultures of diverse backgrounds.

​

This formed a firm foundation for when he formally began training and studying as an Holistic Practitioner. Spending most of his adult life on the road, studying, training, adventuring and making connections.

​​

Due to his dedicated personal practice and studies, Brandan offers deep insight into a well balanced way of being.
